Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

This is immediate and needs no request or waiting period.

1. Open AI Question Paper Generator and sign in.
2. Open the menu and tap Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Read the summary of what will be removed, then tap Continue.
5. Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete forever.

Your account and all data listed below are erased straight away. You are signed out immediately and the account cannot be recovered.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email support@omeecron.tech from the email address registered to the account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account and all associated data within 30 days, and normally within a few working days. We confirm by email once it is done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases all of the following:

• Your account and profile — name, email address and password.
• Your security questions and answers used for password recovery.
• Every PDF you uploaded, including the original file held in our storage provider.
• All text extracted from those PDFs, including page text, chapter data and the search index built from them.
• Every question paper and answer key you generated, including the exported PDF files.
• Your saved paper templates.
• Your usage history, and any feedback or problem reports you sent from the app.

Deletion is permanent. We keep no backup copy of your account, your uploaded files or your generated papers, and we cannot restore them afterwards. Download anything you want to keep before you delete.

What is kept, and for how long

No personal data is retained after deletion. Your files are removed from our storage provider before your account record is deleted, so nothing is left behind that could be traced back to you.

Routine server logs — which record request times and error diagnostics, not your documents or paper content — are rotated and discarded automatically within 30 days as part of normal system operation.

Where a law requires us to retain a specific record, we keep only that record for the period the law requires and delete it as soon as that period ends.

Delete only some of your data

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove individual items. Inside the app you can delete:

• A document — open the Library, tap the document, and choose Delete. This also removes its stored file and extracted text.
• A question paper — open the paper and choose Delete. This also removes its exported PDFs.
• A template — open Templates and delete the layout you no longer want.

Your account stays active and everything else you have saved is untouched.
